« Activez votre retraite » : un programme qui lutte contre la sédentarité et l’isolement

Chaque année, plus de 600 000 personnes prennent leur retraite en France (source). Après avoir passé des décennies dans le monde du travail, elles commencent une nouvelle vie.

Si, pour beaucoup, ce moment incontournable est un soulagement, il n’est pas toujours bien vécu . Cette étape importante de la vie est le moment pour le senior de prendre soin de lui, de sa santé, de son bien-être…afin de lutter contre l’impression de vide et d’isolement naturellement ressenti.

C’est pour aider les entreprises à préparer leurs salariés à la « vie d’après » que le CORERS Pays de la Loire lance son nouveau programme de sensibilisation. Baptisé « Activez votre retraite », celui-ci est composé de trois interventions axées autour du monde associatif, du sport et de la santé.

« Activez votre retraite » : un programme qui lutte contre la sédentarité et l’isolement

« Activez votre retraite » est un programme de sensibilisation à destination des entreprises qui proposent un dispositif d’accompagnement à la retraite, ou qui envisagent d’en mettre un en place.

Créé par le Comité Régional de la Retraite Sportive des Pays de la Loire (CORERS PDL), ce programme est né d’un constat : lors du passage à la retraite, la sédentarité et l’isolement des personnes à tendance à augmenter. « Activez votre retraite » vise donc à sensibiliser les futurs retraités à l’importance de pratiquer une activité physique et de maintenir des liens sociaux, en s’engageant, par exemple, dans des clubs sportifs. Il a également pour but de faire connaitre le CORERS et de recruter de nouveaux adhérents.

« Activez votre retraite » s’adresse aux entreprises, mais aussi aux collectivités et aux associations. Le programme représente un coût de 200 à 1000 euros, en fonction des interventions choisies.

Focus sur les trois activités au programme

  • Projeter sa retraite à travers le monde associatif (15 à 30 min). Un instructeur fédéral et un élu du CORERS PDL présentent la Fédération Française de la Retraite Sportive (FFRS), ses activités et son cursus de formation, dans un moment d’échanges et de témoignages.
  • Agir sur sa santé pour rester efficace dans ses activités (1h à 1h15). Cette conférence médicale est animée par le médecin régional du CORERS PDL et par un membre de l’association. Elle aborde deux thèmes : la transition entre l’activité professionnelle et la retraite, et les bienfaits de l’activité sportive sur la santé mentale et physique des personnes de plus de 50 ans.
  • Découvrir une séance sport santé. Animée par les animateurs fédéraux du CORERS PDL, ce temps de pratique permet de vivre en situation une ou plusieurs activités physiques et cognitives.

Le CORERS PDL sur LinkedIn

Pour promouvoir son dispositif auprès des entreprises, le CORERS PDL mise sur les réseaux sociaux et tout particulièrement sur LinkedIn.

L’association y a ouvert une page, qui lui permet d’étoffer son réseau et de communiquer sur ses activités. Elle a pour ambition d’intervenir dans au moins 10 entreprises sur la saison 2022-2023.

Le CORERS : le partenaire des seniors qui veulent rester en forme

Le CORERS PDL a pour vocation de promouvoir les actions de la Fédération Française de la Retraite Sportive menées sur son territoire, et de développer son concept de « Sport Senior Santé ®».

Le CORERS rassemble aujourd’hui plus de 14 000 adhérents et fédère près de 70 clubs situés dans les cinq départements de la région. Ces clubs proposent des activités variées, dont l’aquagym, le golf, les jeux de boules et de quilles, le cyclisme, la danse, la randonnée, le tir à l’arc, la marche nordique, la marche aquatique côtière, les sports de raquette ou encore la gymnastique.

À propos de la FFRS

 

 

Le CORERS des Pays de la Loire est un organe déconcentré de la Fédération Française de la Retraite Sportive, qui a pour mission de rendre plus accessible l’activité physique aux plus de 50 ans.

Depuis 40 ans, la FFRS offre aux seniors la possibilité de pratiquer plus d’une soixantaine d’activités physiques et sportives à moindre coût. La licence annuelle coûte entre 50 et 60 euros et permet aux adhérents de pratiquer les sports de leur choix dans les 450 clubs affiliés de toute la France.

La FFRS inscrit le bénévolat au cours de ses actions, et offre à tous ses adhérents la possibilité de suivre des formations gratuites pour apprendre à gérer des associations et à animer des activités physiques adaptées.
