Alors dans l’univers de la Foodtech, le coaching alimentaire ne cesse de croître. Les applications pour apprendre à bien manger se multiplient ces dernières années… Mais compter ses calories ou suivre un régime en ligne, est-ce vraiment efficace ?

Lila Lahmiani et Ugo Bacmann, deux jeunes entrepreneurs franciliens, ont alors décidé de rassembler une équipe d’experts de la nutrition pour créer NUTRI+ : une application mobile qui délivre des masterclass exclusives et permet aux utilisateurs de s’auto-éduquer.

Grâce à leur expertise de nutritionnistes, Lila et Ugo se sont donnés pour mission d’apporter une réelle alternative aux solutions existantes sur le marché de la e-nutrition. Leur challenge au-delà de l’outil, est de démocratiser le « manger mieux ».

Sur NUTRI+, il est alors possible d’avoir accès aux conseils de nutritionnistes et diététiciens diplômés, à des recettes vidéos ou à de vrais enseignements pour rééquilibrer son alimentation, perdre du poids ou encore prendre du muscle.
