Holoffice sponsorise une équipe de champions pour les Masters de pétanque 2023

La pétanque n’est pas seulement un jeu qui évoque le soleil et l’apéro : elle incarne également des valeurs de partage, de respect, de collaboration et de solidarité.

Et parce qu’elle porte elle aussi haut et fort ces valeurs, Holoffice, qui propose une application dédiée au télétravail, a décidé de sponsoriser une équipe de champions du monde de pétanque pour les Masters de pétanque 2023.

Les Masters de Pétanque : un rendez-vous incontournable

Créés en 1999, les Masters de Pétanque sont une compétition disputée par équipes en triplettes tout au long de l’été. Ils se déroulent en huit étapes, dans huit villes de France et réunissent les meilleurs joueurs du monde, avec plus de 8 000 spectateurs par étape.

Très médiatisés, les Masters de Pétanque sont retransmis au cours de 27 émissions sur la chaine L’Équipe. Les gagnants sont récompensés par 153 700 euros de Prize Money.

La compétition, qui a commencé le 21 juin au boulodrome du Douaisis, prendra fin le 4 septembre avec le Final Four aux Arènes de Lunel.

Holoffice, sponsor d’une équipe brillante

En 2023, Holoffice, qui a développé une application consacrée au télétravail, sponsorise l’équipe formée par Dylan Rocher, Diego Rizzi, Stéphane Robineau et Jean Feltain, qui ont déjà fait des étincelles sur les boulodromes pendant les éditions précédentes des Masters de Pétanque.

« Nous sommes très fiers d’accompagner ces champions de pétanque. La pétanque porte les valeurs du sport collectif : communication sans faille, coordination précise, collaboration intense, et bien entendu la solidarité et l’efficacité émergée du collectif. Ce sont des valeurs qui nous sont également très chères », souligne Sébastien Méric, le fondateur d’Holoffice.

Un évènement qui met les territoires en valeur

En plus de sponsoriser son équipe, Holoffice l’accompagnera sur plusieurs étapes des Masters de Pétanque. Le groupe sera présent aux côtés de ses champions dans cinq villes françaises :

  • À Thaon-les-Vosges le 13 juillet ;
  • À Cluses le 20 juillet ;
  • À Nevers le 24 août ;
  • À Romans-sur-Isère le 30 août ;
  • À Lunel pour le final four les 3 et 4 septembre.

Holoffice : une plateforme qui renforce le collectif

Holoffice est une application de télétravail qui offre des fonctionnalités complémentaires aux plateformes collaboratives. Elle a pour vocation de rompre l’isolement des collaborateurs en se focalisant sur les petits instants du quotidien, qui participent à la création d’un esprit d’équipe.

L’application permet ainsi de vivre plusieurs types d’interactions informelles à distance : poser une question à une collègue, partager un moment d’émotion, dessiner sur un bout de papier pendant qu’on parle, ou encore tout simplement voir ses collègues travailler.

Grâce à Holoffice, collaboratrices et collaborateurs interagissent dix fois plus : ils se sentent présents, même à distance. L’application limite ainsi les effets négatifs du télétravail, qui peut entraîner des burnouts et un turnover important.

L’application est disponible par abonnement, avec trois formules : start-up, entreprise et souveraineté (pour les institutions).

 

Les trois fonctionnalités phares d’Holoffice

Holoffice propose trois familles de fonctionnalités :

  • L’immersion. Les collaborateurs voient leurs collègues vivre autour d’eux, se mettre au travail le matin, faire une pause ou quitter leur poste.
  • Le dialogue. En un clic, les utilisateurs peuvent discuter avec leurs collègues pour obtenir une réponse immédiate, et intégrer une conversation qui a déjà commencé entre deux personnes.
  • Le partage d’informations. Les collaborateurs peuvent participer au partage depuis leur écran, partager plusieurs écrans en même temps, et voir la souris des autres sur leur propre écran.

Aux origines d’Holoffice

Holoffice a été fondé par Sébastien Méric, un ingénieur en mathématiques qui a fait toute sa carrière dans le milieu de la tech. Il a été développeur, DSI, manager à la BPI et chez AXA, et directeur de l’innovation dans une Fintech.

Dans ce cadre, il a accompagné plusieurs équipes vers le travail à distance, les aidant à passer d’une activité très locale, confinée parfois à un étage ou à un bureau, vers une activité internationale. Il a notamment aidé une équipe d’une vingtaine de collaboratrices et de collaborateurs basée à Nanterre à rejoindre d’autres équipes situées en France, en Pologne, en Espagne et au Portugal.

En 2019, Sébastien fonde Holoffice pour offrir une solution capable de rompre l’isolement entrainé par le télétravail, et se lance dans des campagnes de recherche et développement. La crise sanitaire de 2020 accélère le processus, entrainant Sébastien et son équipe du côté de l’immersion 3D.

Après de nombreux tests, il en vient à la conclusion que la technologie 3D est encore trop immature et il se met à explorer une autre voie : les petites interactions informelles et non planifiées qui sont essentielles au travail d’équipe.

La version bêta d’Holoffice voit le jour en octobre 2022. Elle a été testée par une centaine de personnes, ce qui a permis à la start-up de lancer une version 2 en mars 2023.
