CAF Toulouse : 1 challenge, 193 participants, 40 équipes, un projet de challenge solidaire

« Se remettre en mouvement, que ce soit chez soi ou au travail » : tel était le thème du challenge proposé par la CAF de Toulouse à ses équipes, en septembre 2021.

193 participants de la CAF Toulouse se sont inscrits à ce challenge, 40 équipes ont été créées, au sein des services et par affinité.

Dès son lancement, le challenge a remporté un vif succès auprès des équipes. « On a tout donné ! se rappelle Marion Delaperche, Chief Happiness Officer à la CAF Toulouse. Nous avons pris l’habitude d’aller marcher lors de notre pause déjeuner, de prendre plus de temps pour bouger le weekend, d’organiser des sorties. Et bon nombre d’entre nous ont délaissé l’ascenseur ! » A la clé, des résultats rapidement visibles sur la forme, l’énergie et le bien-être des participants, qui ont réalisé à quel point une activité physique quotidienne leur était bénéfique.

A plus long terme, cette expérience ludique a constitué un déclic pour de nombreux participants, qui ont pris conscience de leur sédentarité. “Cela nous a permis de réaliser qu’après une journée sans marcher, on ne totalisait que 500 pas en moyenne, explique Marion Delaperche. Alors qu’on estime qu’il en faut 6000 par jour pour rester en forme ! ».

La CAF Toulouse réfléchit aujourd’hui à son prochain challenge : en 2022, elle aimerait organiser avec Kiplin une édition solidaire. Les participants, au lieu de jouer les uns contre les autres, pourraient cette fois jouer ensemble, au bénéfice d’un projet solidaire ou d’une association.

Heineken : 370 participants au programme complet sur 1 an, 3 séances d’activité physique par semaine, 60 sites avec équipes, 88 % de taux de participation

Après avoir mis en place différentes actions QVT qui étaient surtout localisées au siège, Heineken a choisi Kiplin afin de toucher les collaborateurs dans toute la France, mais aussi pour faire passer des messages sur les bienfaits de l’activité physique tout en cherchant à recréer du lien entre ses salariés. Objectif : favoriser le lien social et inviter les collaborateurs à se mettre en mouvement.

« On a été vraiment bluffé par le bouche-à-oreille qui a suffi à engager les collaborateurs dans cette opération. Au-delà des bienfaits sur la santé physique, les jeux Kiplin ont beaucoup d’effets sur la santé mentale de nos équipes, notamment grâce au collectif et à l’empathie » Katy LE ROUX, Responsable santé sécurité (service rattaché à la Direction des RH)

Heineken a choisi un programme complet, déployé pendant 1 an et comprenant :3 temps forts sous forme de jeux, des séances d’activité physique en visio et des webinaires d’éducation à la santé (alimentation, sommeil, activité physique). « Chez Heineken, l’animation Kiplin est le projet QVT qui a touché le plus de monde »
