C’est l’histoire d’un « petit » festival parisien atypique qui, grâce au bouche-à-oreille, a déjà réussi à attirer plus de 6400 spectateurs et de grands artistes (Redouane Bougheraba, Ed Banger, Cut Killer, Nordine Ganso…)
En seulement 4 éditions, le Festival La Belle Équipe est devenu incontournable par sa capacité à fédérer autour du sport et des arts.
Le concept : un événement inédit qui mêle Boxe thaïlandaise et Sets musicaux avec les plus grands noms du moment dans un lieu atypique. Le tout avec un rythme fou : 3 heures seulement.
La 5ème édition du Festival La Belle Équipe se déroulera le 27 juin prochain, de 19h30 à 22h30 à La Cigale.
L’élite cambodgienne sera présente pour un tournoi international (France, Espagne, Cambodge, Angleterre) ainsi que 4 combats France VS Cambodge et une finale de championnat de France professionnelle.
Il y aura aussi 2 sets DJ avec Kavinsky ainsi que Breakbot et Irfane.

Le Festival, c’est un mélange de tout ce qu’on aime : de la boxe thaï bien sûr, mais aussi des interludes musicaux et humoristiques, des artistes connus très rares sur ce type d’événements, une machine à coups de poings, des goodies imaginés par des talents émergents ou reconnus, des collaborations uniques avec les marques (Champion cette année) …

Un show intense
À contre-courant des soirées Boxe traditionnelles, qui présentent de 10 à 12 combats et finissent très tard, le Festival La Belle Équipe privilégie le rythme, l’efficacité et la qualité ! Le format est volontairement court, avec seulement 5 combats.
À propos de la Dream Team
« Notre conviction : la pratique de la boxe doit permettre à chacun d’identifier les valeurs essentielles à son épanouissement, le dépassement de soi, le partage, et le goût de l’effort. Avec un credo : « Deviens ce que tu es ». »
À l’origine du Festival, il y a deux passionnés de boxe thaïlandaise : Rémy Pariot et Julien Quentin (ancien professionnel).
En 2014, ils ont créé La Belle Équipe au 14 rue d’Abbeville, dans le 10e arrondissement parisien, à proximité du métro Poissonnière et de la Gare du Nord.
Avec une ambition : lancer une salle de boxe qui est avant tout une salle de vie.
Grâce à une pédagogie adaptée, ce sport devient un véritable outil de développement personnel pour chaque élève. Sur place, ils ont aussi accès à un salon de tatouage et à un salon de coiffure éphémères, à un espace convivial (bibliothèque, boissons) …
Rémy et Julien ont ensuite commencé à organiser de petits événements dans leur salle, deux fois par an, avec food truck, musique, tattoo et combats amateurs.
Le succès a été vite au rendez-vous :
« On commençait à manquer de place dans notre salle pour continuer à produire nos évènements. Le monde, le bruit et la musique ne favorisent pas les relations avec le voisinage… On a donc décidé de faire la même chose, avec la même ambiance, mais dans un cadre professionnel ! »
Au programme : des combats pros, des DJ, des humoristes, des artistes connus… le concept du festival La Belle Équipe venait de naître !
La première édition s’est déroulée en 2019 et, depuis, le Festival continue de grossir. Il souhaite désormais devenir autonome financièrement grâce au soutien de futurs sponsors.
